issue due to localized settings

hi, just wanted to inform you: generating the files via batch will screw up heavily when localized settings come into play.
specifically: in europe (germany/austria at least), "," is used for comma. windows interpretes "." as "symbol for group of numbers". thus, the suggested list of arguments for layer (0.5, 0.25, ...) is interpreted (or rather handed over to the program i guess) as "0,5,0,25, ...".

this makes it unusable, as 5 is heavily zoomed in, the folders created are "zoom 1" and "zoom 5", and the rest (thankfully) not generated.
of course, you can get it to work  by setting "." as your decimal symbol in the "region settings" of windows, but it's not exactly a nice workaround.

an easy fix that comes to my mind would be to switch from numbers to fractures (1/2, 1/4), eliminating localized settings for the most part.
i guess with a gui this issue should resolve itself of course.
